The
Executive Recruiter's Roundtable announces its First
Annual Roundtable Meeting to be held at Chicago's
Ritz Carlton Hotel, October 13, 2006.
This
is an opportunity for search industry principals to
learn and benefit from the perspectives and experiences
of the other members, while also sharing their own.
Timothy Stratman, President, Timbre Executive Coaching,
Inc. will be the guest speaker. He will be discussing
the First 100 Days in a New Executives’ position. Stratman,
an expert in Executive Coaching, has agreed to share
his insight with the group to help them prepare an
executive to successfully manage transitioning into
a new role.
Joseph
McElmeel, Chairman & CEO of Brooke Chase Associates,
Inc. an internationally retained Executive Search firm
is Managing Director of The Executive Recruiter's Roundtable.
When asked why the group was created, McElmeel replied; "Just
one idea that can come out of a discussion with your
industry peers can have a profound affect on how to
better serve your clients and promote your business
and profession. Additionally, the ability to call and
discuss issues with other professionals within your
industry is invaluable. It’s like having your own advisory
board. This annual meeting should be very informative
and I look forward to applying the principles that
I learn to my business." For information on membership,
contact Joe McElmeel @ 312-744-0033 or jmcelmeel@brookechase.com.
